It's amazing that such feminizing dance moves are what's cool amongst young black men. It's a resurgence of the 80s jheri curl or the 90s (and present-day) obsession with jewelry - things stereotypically associated with women being aggressively marketed to men who are stereotypically associated with aggression and machismo.
